  • In this session, we’ll catch up on how things have been going since our first consult — what’s been working, what’s felt challenging, and how you're tracking toward your goals.

    We’ll build on the progress you’ve made, tweak any strategies that need adjusting, and keep layering in positive changes at a pace that suits you. Think of this as your ongoing support system — I’m here to help you stay motivated, troubleshoot any bumps in the road, and make sure the changes you’re making are not just short-term fixes, but long-term wins.

    Depending on your needs (and my professional insight), we’ll figure out how often we should check in from here — more or less as needed.

    30 minutes - $70

  • A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and is refundable until 24 hours prior to your consultation.

  • Please kindly cancel or change your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this period will incur a loss of the deposit. Understandably, things happen in life so if it’s beyond this, please email aimee@aimhealthnutrition and we can work out how to reschedule for you.
