Poached Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast

  • Bone Broth

  • Salt/Pepper

Method

Add chicken breasts to a pot and fill with cold water or bone broth until submerged

Turn on the heat to medium-high and bring to a boil

Depending on the size of your chicken breasts, it may take between 15-25 minutes to cook. For them to cook faster, butterfly the chicken breasts in half prior to cooking.

Once cooked, let them rest for 5-10 minutes, before shredding

Add salt/pepper to taste

Notes

  • This chicken is great for meal prep and will last 4 days stored in the fridge or will freeze really well too

  • Add it to salads, sandwiches or my favourite add some mexican seasoning and make tacos!
